Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and a hashed password (for email sign-up), or your social sign-in identifier (e.g., Google account ID) when you choose social login.
• Content you provide: 3D models, images, and campaign/experience settings you upload or configure.
• Usage information: view events for shared experiences (timestamps, page and AR interaction events), browser and device type, and approximate region derived from network information.
• Communication records: inquiries you send to us and transactional emails we send to you (e.g., verification, invitations, notifications).

2. How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service (accounts, workspaces, hosting and delivering AR experiences).
• To send transactional emails such as email verification, workspace invitations, and service notifications.
• To measure and improve performance, reliability, and analytics features (e.g., view statistics for your campaigns).
• To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

We use strictly functional cookies: an httpOnly authentication cookie to keep you signed in (refresh token) and a preference cookie to remember your language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Processors and international transfer

We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Service. Your data may be processed in the Republic of Korea and other regions where our providers operate.

• Microsoft Azure — application hosting, database, file storage, and email delivery (primary region: Korea).
• Vercel — web front-end hosting and global content delivery.
• Google — authentication only, when you choose to sign in with Google.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account (or request deletion), we delete or anonymize personal information without undue delay, allowing up to 30 days for removal from backups, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or restriction of its processing, by contacting support@vi3w.net. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing, access controls, and the security capabilities of our cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-service notice before they take effect.
