Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time; workspace data you own may be removed as part of deletion.

2. The Service

The Service allows you to upload 3D content, configure AR experiences, and share them via links, QR codes, and embeds. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the Service evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (3D models, images, text, and configurations).
• You grant LabGL a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service (including delivering your experiences to viewers you share them with).
• You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content or activity.
• No malware, and no attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• No reverse engineering of the Service except where permitted by law.
• No use of the Service to mislead viewers (e.g., phishing or impersonation).

5. Plans and fees

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Prices, limits, and included features will be presented at the point of purchase or on the pricing page. When paid features launch, payment and refund terms will be provided and may supplement these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (Vi3w name and logo), is owned by LabGL or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabGL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD 50 if you have not paid).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, provide advance notice by email or in-service notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
